The other day, I came across this quote:

Dad, the good news is that you still have your money, your health, and your character. Happy 80th birthday! I love you.
Thank you for being the lighthouse in our family--the one who has shone brightly and the one who has always stood tall. I learned so many things from you: how to bait my own fish hook, how to stand up for myself, how to be a person with character.
Laughter is the best medicine, and you are someone who knows how to laugh. It has kept you young at heart.
